Nikola Maksimović is a senior executive with more than twenty years of leadership experience in banking, fintech and financial services across the Balkans. He has held senior management positions at many companies in the region, where he led the development of digital financial services and lending platforms, digital software rollouts and regional expansion projects.

Over his career, Nikola has led licensing and operational launches in Serbia, Bosnia, North Macedonia and Republika Srpska. Along the way he brought many financial innovations to local markets, including the first POS lending systems, innovative credit cards and integrated digital lending solutions. He has held senior positions at SmartOne, Zeta System, MetLife, Chip Card and Findomestic Banka (BNP Paribas Group), where he led major projects in banking systems, payment cards, insurance and digital lending.

Nikola has a proven record of building and growing financial operations. He combines broad knowledge of digital finance, payment systems and regulatory compliance with strong leadership in international business. He holds a master's degree in economics from the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade.

Filip holds bachelor's and master's degrees in law from the University of Belgrade.

He has many years of experience in the financial markets and in running companies. He also brings strong organizational, leadership and management skills, together with thorough knowledge of all areas of law. He is especially experienced in corporate law and in working in international environments.

At every company he has worked for, Filip has helped grow the business, raise its reputation and strengthen its legal compliance.

He has held senior positions at institutions including Delta Holding. He was General Manager of Beogradska industrija piva (BIP), General Counsel of Agrogroup Europe B.V. (Netherlands), a Board Member of the Deposit Insurance Agency of the Republic of Serbia, and worked with the United Nations Development Programme in Belgrade. He was also a member of the Cabinet of the Minister of Finance of the Government of the Republic of Serbia.

Filip also works closely with the management of sports clubs. He currently chairs the board of directors of a well-known Serbian sports club.

Djordje D. Vujović holds bachelor's and master's degrees in economics from the University of Kragujevac, Republic of Serbia.

He has many years of experience in the Serbian financial market and extensive experience in active communication. He also brings strong organizational, leadership and management skills and a thorough knowledge of banking, finance and stock market operations, all gained through his work at multinational corporations.

Since 2002, he has held senior positions at multinational financial institutions, including American International Group (AIG), Metropolitan Life Insurance Company (MetLife), Assicurazioni Generali, Wiener Städtische Versicherung, OTP Invest and Ilirika Investments.

Over the past ten years, Djordje D. Vujović has spoken regularly at regional conferences on investment funds, insurance and stock market operations.

Predrag Pavićević is the Portfolio Manager of STAR FINANCE JSC Belgrade, Alternative Investment Fund Management Company. He holds licence No. 5/0-27-3403/3-08, issued by the Securities Commission on 3 June 2008.

Predrag is a law graduate who has passed the bar exam. He has extensive experience in financial markets, portfolio management and investment advisory.

He began his career in 2008 at Delta Investments a.d. Beograd as Head of Investment Fund Management. There he built expertise in securities trading, fundamental and technical analysis, and investment portfolio management.

He went on to hold senior positions at multinational companies, where he was responsible for investment product development, strategic risk management and investment advisory.

His roles include manager in the asset management division and fund portfolio manager at Hypo Alpe Adria Bank a.d., Director of Investment Fund Management at Ilirika Investments and at NLB Invest, and Chief Portfolio Manager at OTP Invest.

Beyond investment fund management, Predrag is an expert in tax advisory. From 2013 to 2017, he served as Director of the Tax Administration for the South Banat District.

He is also active in education and professional training. He has lectured on finance, stock market operations and financial market business at several universities.

His expertise covers portfolio management, strategic market analysis, and the application of domestic and international financial regulations. This makes him a respected professional in investment management.

Ilija Protić has more than 20 years of experience in the investment industry and specializes in asset management, portfolio management and investment strategy development. Throughout his career, he has led investment processes at a range of financial institutions, with a focus on capital markets, risk management and long-term value creation for investors.

His experience spans a wide range of investment activities, from investment analysis and selection to strategic portfolio management and investment product development. He has held senior and leadership positions at brokerage firms, banks and fund management companies, giving him a full understanding of domestic and international financial markets.

At DZUAIF Star Finance a.d. Beograd, he heads asset management and investment advisory, with a particular focus on designing innovative investment solutions tailored to investors' needs.

He is a CFA charterholder and one of the founders of the CFA community in Serbia. He holds licences from the Securities Commission of the Republic of Serbia for broker-dealer activities, investment advisory and portfolio management.

Vladan holds bachelor's and master's degrees from the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade, where he majored in Finance and Banking.

He has many years of experience in the region's financial markets and significant experience in global financial markets. He also brings strong organizational and management skills. He specializes in financial analysis and investment advisory on regional and global companies, and has in-depth knowledge of financial analysis and investment capital management strategies.

Vladan began his career in finance in 2007 at the Belgian investment bank KBC Securities, as a financial analyst covering listed companies in the SEE region. As a sell-side analyst, he built valuation models and cash flow projections, developed investment theses and selected stocks.

He then did similar work at Wisebroker and later at Ilirika Investments AD. There he provided sell-side support to brokers, selecting stocks listed on international exchanges such as the NYSE and Euronext.

He researched securities markets in depth, tracked global economic trends and gave strategic advice on investment capital management.

Since 2021, he has worked as an outsourced analyst for the Polish investment bank Ipopema Securities, covering listed companies in Slovenia, Croatia and Lithuania.

Vladan also regularly takes part in international conferences and forums on financial markets.
